100bp DNA Ladder

產品介紹：100bp marker 包含了100,200,300,400,500,

          600,700,800,900,1000,1500,2000,3000 bp等

          較其它band量高。

分析結果：以本濃度在2 % agarose gel進行電泳分析。

Storage/Loading buffer：

          0.001% bromophenol blue

建議用量：3μL per lane

儲存方式：  4℃ (routine use)

          -20℃ (long-term storage)                  

Quality control :                                             

1)        Agarose gel analysis shows that the bands between 0.1 kb and 3 kb are distinguishable. All bands must form a gradient.

2)        Incubation of 5 µl of the 100BP DNA ladder in restriction enzyme buffer overnight at 37℃ shows absence of visible degradation.
